We saw the most amazing, the most beautiful thing we ever saw yesterday -- our baby's heartbeat. WOW! How can something so puny, have a heartbeat already? He/she is 7 1/7 weeks old now. The doctor says it's doing just nicely there inside. Although, I can't say the same about the mom. The baby's giving her a lot of discomfort, but for sure, it's going to be worth it.
